If your website was hosted by pipdig.host and you did not either migrate your website to Kualo or an alternative host, since the migration window has now closed, your website may be offline. You can still recover your website by following the process outlined below and migrating to Kualo. Once you complete this, your website will be automatically re-enabled.

Important Information
This page has been put together by Kualo to provide information on the migration of pipdig.host customers to our hosting service, as previously announced.
We have created a simple mechanism to opt-in to this process which is available from within your my.pipdig.host customer area, and which is documented below.
Our offer of hosting to pipdig.host customers is free of charge until May 1st 2021.
You must have either completed this process, or migrated your website to an alternative host, by 31st May 2019.
What's happening
pipdig will cease to offer hosting services from 1st June 2019. If you hosted your website with pipdig.host it is therefore essential that you have either followed the simple process documented below to migrate your website to Kualo directly, or otherwise migrated your website to an alternative hosting provider, by 31st May 2019.
If you did not host your website with pipdig.host, then there is nothing further that you need to do. However we are also extending our free hosting offer to anyone who had purchased a pipdig theme prior to 1st April 2019, and who wishes to migrate to our hosting service, regardless of where that site was hosted.

Why do I have to "opt in"?
This process is "opt-in" because there is no other legal mechanism for your personal data to be transferred to Kualo and for your contract with us to begin. Simply put, we are unable to import your contact data into our systems without your consent to do so, as this would contravene data privacy laws.
To make this process as straightforward as possible, we have developed a mechanism to allow you to opt in with a few simple clicks in the pipdig.host client area.
Completing this process will automatically establish your account with Kualo and transfer your existing hosting plan and domain information.
What happens if I don't opt-in?
From 1st June 2019 the pipdig.host service will be shut down. If you have not opted in to this process, or migrated your website to an alternative provider, this will result in your website going offline. It is therefore essential that you either opt-in or make alternative arrangements for your hosting before this date.
pipdig will be sending multiple reminder emails for any clients who have not yet opted in in the run up to the 1st of June deadline.
Kualo will be retaining backups of all websites on pipdig.host through until 31st May 2020, in the case that any of you miss this deadline, so that we can still recover your website well beyond this date.
How do I get started?
To get started, please follow the following process:

Open Transfer Page
Visit the transfer page in your my.pipdig.host client area, and log in.

Consent & Policy Agreement
Review the information on the next screen which outlines the process. You will need to provide consent for your data to be migrated to Kualo, and also agree to our terms of service and privacy policy. Press Next Step.

Pre-Transfer Confirmation
The next page will confirm the hosting plans and domains which will be migrated, along with the ongoing renewal costs after the introductory free period.
- Your hosting will be free of charge until 1st May 2021.
- Any domain names you have registered with pipdig.host will renew in accordance with their current expiration dates, at our prevailing renewal rate (which are all less than those of pipdig.host). If you have domain names registered with another company, they will not show here.
You may cancel at any time, and there is no obligation to continue beyond the free period.
Press "Transfer my Hosting to Kualo Ltd" to complete the process.
If you believe any services or domain names are missing, please contact us once you have completed this process and we will be able to assist you.

Simple, eh? You will now receive an email from us confirming your account has been set up. This email will also contain information on how to access our client area so you may manage your account and contact us for assistance.
We will follow up with you with any additional details as necessary.
If you had domains with pipdig.host these may initially appear in a "Pending Transfer" state, but will show as "Active" within 1-2 days.
If you do not receive this email, please contact us, as this email serves as confirmation that we have received your request to transfer.
